All information we collect shall be kept private and confidential by the school and shall be used solely for legitimate purposes as mandated by the Data Privacy Act and other relevant laws. As an academic institution, the Assumption College of Davao collects specific personal and privileged data in order to operate appropriately. The school obtains personal information via submissions made by the Data Subject and its affiliates through physical platforms and electronic or digital systems and devices.

The rights to information, right to object, right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure or blocking of data, right to data portability, right to make a complaint, and right to damages payment are all readily accessible to you as our data subject under Section 16 of RA 10173, often known as the Data Privacy Act.
