Rationale
The classroom is the home
base of students. The homeroom, a unit of school organization is managed by
teacher-designated homeroom adviser, whose role in the program is very
significant.
The homeroom is an effective
approach to student development since it acts as the complimentary force that
supports the academic program of the school. Hence, for the homeroom period to
be effective, a program was designed to facilitate the management of every
activity conducted during homeroom period.
