The Assumption College of Davao (ACD), an ever trailblazer in programming school activities consistent with its social orientation, just recently re-packaged its Junior-Senior Prom held last February 13, 2010 at the school gym.

“Solidarity Night”. Yes, a new brand distinctive from calling it as mere “Prom” (short for promenade) since it’s not only a formal dance but its program considers the ball as its highlight.

Parents’ Advocacy on Climate Change is On

Global Warming simply refers to the increased temperature of Earth's surface, including land, water and near-surface air. And the scientific community is in chorus claiming that Earth really has warmed significantly since the mid-20th century due to an increase in greenhouse gases that trap heat on Earth.

But Global Warming, Climate Change…are big and scary words. This is one of the most serious challenges facing us today. And the most basic step in facing this head on is to discuss about it in order to understand this complex scientific phenomenon and its implications for the entire world population.
